Booking process

All bookings are made with Peli-Ski acting as agents for Ski Operators. Chalet prices are for accommodation but some prices may include airfares, transfer, catering, driver service however please check this when booking your holiday. Once a booking is made a deposit of 50% of the total rent will be due, once this is paid the booking will be confimred. Once a booking has been processed the deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the accommodation is payable no less than 12 weeks before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by the due date, the company reserves the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. Reservations made within 12 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

Rental terms conditions

The rental period shall commence at between 12pm – 4.00pm on the day of your arrival depending on the chalet and unless otherwise arranged, you must vacate your accommodation by 10am on the day of your departure.

Changes and/or Cancellation

Let us know any changes as soon as possible. Where changes are possible, the Company will endeavour to keep the extra costs to a minimum. Cancellation must be made in writing by the group leader who made the booking and be accompanied with all booking documents issued. Cancellation will be effective from the date the documents are received by the Company. The following cancellation charges will apply:

Less than 12 weeks before the holiday 100% of the total

We strongly recommend that you take out full holiday insurance to cover cancellations, public liability, personal belongings, loss and fire etc as these are not covered by the Company’s or the property’s insurance.

Whilst all efforts are made to supply holiday activities as detailed in our price list and brochure, we reserve the right to make changes at our discretion if the need arises. In this event we shall inform you as early as possible of any such changes. In the rare event that we need to cancel or make major changes to your holiday, we shall inform you as soon as possible and offer the following option:

1) Refund of all money paid to us within 14 days.

2) Arrangement of an alternative comparable holiday if available.

Should the cancellation be for reasons outside of our control, then we shall retain our reasonable expenses.
